DJI Terra is DJI’s all-in-one mapping software solution. You can plan flight missions, capture images used for processing into data to create 3D models, maps, and data analysis that can be presented in reports. You can use these reports to determine the actions needed for your crops based on the results found from the aerial survey and mapping mission. You may choose from pre-programed missions for your flights, such as: WayPoints, Area, Oblique, or Corridor. However, you can also customize and save your own plans that serve your specific flight survey needs. Some experts feel it does not have the overall accuracy that other survey and mapping softwares have. DJI Terra does not actually proclaim the ability to produce survey-grade results.

DJI Terra is a bit limited in image source compatibility. However, Drone Deploy and Pix4D are not compatible with every new DJI drone, for example, DJI M 300 RTK. It includes a built-in flight planner and if you get the Zenmuse L1 or P1 camera/sensor system. You will get a demo license for DJI Terra. DJI Phantom 4 RTK and the Multispectral can be used with other survey mapping apps like the above mentioned, but DJI Terra is also compatible and cheaper than some.
